Neil takes the stage and begins with You Are The Best Part of Me

	Neil is greeted at the end of the song by Gloria. She tells Neil that she assured the girls that she would give him a kiss on behalf of them ALL and that was why she made it lingering. (Yes Gloria, we all believed THAT!)
Neil replies that he might have to go up there during the show! Gloria says that during the song the audience were singing along knowing all the words even though it was a new song. Neil agrees they probably know the words better than he does.
	Neil says they are wonderful. In fact they gave him this t-shirt before the show - Woburn Abbey 25th Anniversary 2nd July 2002 He hadn't realised it was 25 years to the day since he performed at Woburn.. They go on to speak about Woburn and the Tavistocks. He tells how they had cameras there to record the show but he fell out with the director about the starting time of the show. The director stomped off but left his cameras behind so they did film it.
Spokesperson Evelyn reminisces about Woburn and also tells Neil about the party that is held annually on his birthday. Neil recalls the band playing before the show and also the red shirt he thinks he was wearing...it was BLUE he is quickly reminded by his knowledgeable audience!! "Yes, I remember it well". he adds.

	They then go on to speak about the tour. Gloria asks if he has to be fit. He says he always thinks about that two or three months before, then puts it off until a month before and then puts it off until two or three DAYS before the tour starts.
Gloria speaks about his different on-stage and off-stage personalities. He says he is not really an extrovert and Gloria jumps in with the comment - "Not Graham Norton, in other words?" Neil replied "Thank goodness he was very nice to me." He says they sent tapes of the show to him in the States advising him to look and see what sort of thing he had committed himself to. After looking he thought "Wow, why would we do this?" He admitted he was very nervous but Graham was a real gentleman with him.
They speak about song writing. Gloria shows a little bit of America from the New York show and they speak about what it was like to perform there in September after the tragedy. Viewers are asked to call in with questions for Neil.

The show breaks for ads with Gloria hoping the audience will stay on for the next part! End of Part One

	Neil is the sole guest on Gloria's hour long live TV show. Between 50 and 60 Neil fans pack the small studio in anticipation.
Gloria joins the audience to introduce the show.
