Part 2 Funnily enough, the audience HAD all stayed on for the next part of the show!

The Cherry Cherry video was shown
. When it finished Gloria asked what story lay behind the song.
Neil replied "Gee, no story, but I could make one up though."

After talking aobut the music for a while, the conversation turned  to Wimbledon. Neil had gone there at the weekend. He said he had always enjoyed watching it on TV so it was good to be there seeing it live. He had eaten away his fingernails watching British tennis player, Tim Henman, scrape through in an exciting game.
Next was Question Time.
57.jpg (64813 bytes) He was asked which person, dead or alive, would he like to have a one to one conversation with. He thought first of all - live would be best as it would make for a more interesting conversation. Then. after much deliberation, he chose Marilyn Monroe.
58.jpg (63271 bytes) The next question asked who he would have liked to have worked with - "How about Marilyn Monroe? I have just had a conversation with her and know her a bit," he joked then selected  the Beatles.
59.jpg (75202 bytes) A phone caller asked what kind of music got him up on his feet dancing.   He said he still liked Motown - The Four Tops, Mary Wells, Supremes and the Miracles.
64.jpg (64243 bytes) The next caller got herself a couple of free tickets to a London concert. Her question asked how Neil felt about people messing with  his songs - like the Elvis remix that is currently in the charts. Neil admitted he hadn't heard the song. He said he would prefer it if people didn't mess with his songs while he was alive.  When he was dead they could do what they liked. As long as people were still listening to and enjoying the music he was happy.
76.jpg (60703 bytes) The next caller said she would be in the fourth row in Birmingham. Neil replied that the fourth row was his favourite row and he always picked somebody out from there during a concert!
She went on to ask about his motorbikes. He said he had three Harley Davidsons. His favourite was the one he had received as a present from the band and crew.
60.jpg (70986 bytes) He spoke about his motor bike trips and the beautiful places you could visit on a bike. He mentioned Alaska. He spoke also of Death Valley with its high temperatures.

He said funnily enough Death Valley was full of German tourists in the summer. He thought some people must be telling them the wrong thing.

77.jpg (65089 bytes) Gloria then pointed out the other present he had received that day - the little Harley Davidson Bear. He was delighted with it.

Gloria's Cookery Session

90.jpg (83384 bytes) Neil said he didn't cook at all but he ate wonderfully and was a very appreciative audience.

Paul cooked the meal and Neil looked on and asked if they were getting to eat the food after the show.

103.jpg (71817 bytes) He then got the chance to have a taste.

He loved the Caesar's salad.

96.jpg (68566 bytes) He tucked in heartily
97.jpg (72522 bytes) .....  and ate
104.jpg (82033 bytes) ....  and ate.

He wanted to taste everything.

"Can I have some rice with that please?"

He ended up asking Paul to come on tour
and cook for them!
