| Graham starts the interview by giving Neil the opportunity of plugging his albums. He pulls out Three Chord Opera but Neil reminds him he has an even newer one - the Essential Neil Diamond. |

| Graham speaks about Neil fencing whilst at school. He brings out the old school photo and points out Neil. He then remarks that Neil looks more the part of a fencer than the guy on the end. | Neil jumps to his defence and says he was a friend of his who was manager of a local theatre - letting his friends in for free. |

Graham then produces a tour book and finds a page that shows Neil's shirts in all their glory. He says he particularly likes the red one. |

He then turns the page and finds a picture of Neil and Tom.
He says he hopes it is not too personal a question but does not Neil look very fond of Tom
in this photo???? He also makes a remark about Tom looking very much like Elton John. |
| Neil just answers the first question by saying that Tom has been in his band for years and he'll let Tom know that Graham thinks he's like Elton. |

Now Graham turns to the computer with its webcam. He tells
Neil that a group of his "fans" are having a party in a bar across the street! He is to turn off the sound and Neil and the audience have to guess to which Neil song they are dancing. |

We then see this group of bewigged, glitter-attired and medallion
wearing "fans" leaping around as Neil and the audience work out that it is first
Forever In Blue Jeans and then Song Sung Blue that they are dancing to. (Neil's first guess was that it might be a Tom Jones number instead!) |

| Graham's next topic is to mention that Neil has a few dogs and
that he has a present for one of them. He shows advertising leaflets of dogs dressed
in all-in-one outfits and them presents one to Neil. Neil says he could use it as a punishment if one of his dogs is bad. |

Graham asks Neil about the kind of presents he would give a girl.
Neil says they like flowers, perfume, lingerie - that always works well. He is then taken over to a part of the studio decorated with flowers. |
| Neil stands while Graham goes on about the most rotten gifts that members of the audience have been given. |

Neil then closes the show with Forever In Blue Jeans. |
| He gets more into the swing of the song when he leaves the stage and heads for the audience. |

|
| Neil survived the show without Graham coming out with any over outrageous comments! He has also managed to get in a word here or there which is a bit of an achievement on this show. Well done Neil! | |
